• Mohuniish is an auditor licensed by the FRC. Over 15 years of professional experience in auditing gathered during his rich career at BDO and at MSK & Associates.
• Responsible for many audit assignments in the banking & financial services sector namely MCB, Bank One, Cim Financial Services, MHC and many others.
• He has also carried out non-audit banking assignments such as Financial Due Diligence, Share Valuation and product evaluation of treasury products. Been involved in many mergers and acquisitions :
  – Merger of Deep River Beau Champ and Ciel Investment Ltd into Ciel Ltd.
  – Merger of CIM Leasing Ltd and CIM Finance Ltd
• Experience in the audit of entities in other sectors namely Property sector, Service sector, Hotel and Leisure sector, Investment Funds, Investment dealers and Pension funds. As
  qualifications.
• Mohuniish has also held the role of Group Financial Reporting Accountant for Phoenix Beverages Ltd for more than 4 years whereby he was responsible for consolidation, preparation of annual report and group reporting at large. He is well versed with corporate finance as well.
• He was also board member of IBL Pension Fund for 3 years.
